Home Update & Reno Service
This service is offered to our real estate agent partners & is a perfect solution to selling a not so perfect house.   Tired of your clients wondering why their house wont sale or frustrated with negative feedback from showings?  Allow The Lamon Company, LLC to do a free Home Update & Reno Estimate. 

We will perform an in-home, detailed take off (or shopping list) for you and your clients to review.  The most common items include:

- Update Hardware (cabinet knobs, door knobs & hinges, bath accessories, etc.)
-Neutralize paint colors & full painting of interiors and exteriors
- Update fixtures: lighting & plumbing
- Update countertops
- Add crown molding and other trim
- Install tile, carpet, and hardwood

And as a general contractor we always offer full renovation services. No job is too big or too small.

We recommend this service at the time of the listing.  This is beneficial in two ways...

1) It allows the owner to consider the costs of updating versus negative feedback or extended listings.  
2) If the owner chooses not to invest into the recommended services, we suggest using the price list to inform a potential buyer of what their exact cost would be to update.  Our Update & Reno Estimates are good for 6 months!
